Chase Briscoe, driving the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota, won the NASCAR Cup Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway after fending off multiple challengers throughout the closing laps. The race concluded in a dramatic finish: as Briscoe took the victory, second-place runner Kyle Larson slammed into the wall. Tyler Reddick, who was behind Larson, was struck and spun through the infield grass. Both Larson and Reddick managed to cross the finish line without losing their respective positions. The top five was rounded out by Team Penske drivers Austin Cindric and Ryan Blaney. William Byron, Chase Elliott, Bubba Wallace, Shane van Gisbergen, and Joey Logano completed the top 10. Despite his late-race crash, Kyle Larson leaves Las Vegas with an increased championship lead, sitting 40 points ahead of Denny Hamlin. The race was marked by extreme heat, which contributed to several technical issues across the field, including alternator problems and helmet blower failures. Briscoe swept both stages leading up to the final victory.
