Aiden Moffat, driving for Power Maxed Racing, secured victory in the qualifying race for the 2026 British Touring Car Championship finale at Brands Hatch. Starting from pole position, Moffat maintained his lead throughout the race, crossing the line 0.504 seconds ahead of Tom Ingram.

Ingram, who started fifth, moved up to second place despite having only three seconds per lap of TOCA Turbo Boost available, compared to Moffat's full 20 seconds. Josh Cook finished third in his Speedworks Motorsport Toyota, staying within striking distance of the leaders.

Several incidents shaped the race behind the leaders. Ricky Collard dropped back after a moment in the gravel at Paddock Bend, while championship leader Ash Sutton was demoted from the top five to 11th place after receiving a five-second penalty for track-limits offences. Consequently, Collard was classified fifth, ahead of Daryl De Leon and Dan Rowbottom.
